Diplomático Watermelon Negroni Sparkler
40ml Diplomatic Mantuano
20ml sweet vermouth
20 ml bitter Italian aperitif
10ml watermelon juice
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir to combine and chill. Strain into an old fashioned double rocks glass with a large chunk of ice. Garnish with your choice of fruit.
818 4th of july
0.5oz 818 White Tequila
0.5 oz gin
0.5 oz vodka
0.5 oz white rum
0.5 oz blue curacao
0.75 oz lime juice
Spoonful of bar low in cinnamon syrup
Add all ingredients, except club soda, to a shaker with plenty of ice. Pour an ounce of club soda into a highball glass with large ice cubes. Pour the shaken contents over the soda. Top with remaining club soda; garnish with Luxardo cherries.
Sparkling pineapple cocktail
Add all ingredients, except Hella Bitters and Soda, to a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a Collins glass and top with Bitters and Soda.

1/2 oz Italicus Syrup (Add equal parts white granulated sugar and Italicus bergamot liqueur to a mixer; stir over low heat until dissolved.)
Fresh berries and pineapple leaves
Add the Italicus syrup to a pilsner glass, squeeze the lemon zest into the glass and drop in. Add pebbles of ice up to 1/2 inch below the rim of the glass. Fill with sparkling wine and stir to incorporate. Add ice to the brim, layer with five to six dashes of Peychauds bitters and mount a mound of ice on top to layer. Garnish with berries and fronds.
2oz 1800 Coconut
3/4 oz coconut cream
3/4 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
Add all ingredients to a blender with ice; Blend until smooth. Pour into a Hurricane glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Gimlet Vodka Basil
2oz King St. Basil Infused Vodka
1 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
Fresh basil leaves
Add lime juice and basil to a shaker. Crush the basil leaves. Add the simple syrup, basil-infused King St vodka and ice cubes to the shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain into a twist glass; garnish with a basil leaf.

5 crushed strawberries
2 parts Milagro Silver Tequila
2 parts coconut cream
3/4 parts lemon juice
1 part pineapple juice
1/4 agave nectar
Add 5 crushed strawberries to the bottom of a tall glass. Add all ingredients to a shaker; strain over fresh ice. Serve in a tall glass and garnish with a rim of buzz ball.
2oz Ron Del Barrilito Two Stars
Blue Curacao Liqueur
Fresh mint leaves
Combine all ingredients except mint leaves in a shaker; shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour into a balloon glass; add mint leaves to garnish.
Bisquit & Dubouché Watermelon Sour
1.5 ounces Cognac Bisquit & Dubouche VSOP
0.5 oz Aperol
1 oz watermelon syrup (To make watermelon syrup, combine equal parts watermelon juice and granulated white sugar in a blender and blend until sugar is completely incorporated.)
0.75 oz lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients in a shaker and strain well. Pour the liquid into the chilled cup.
CÎROC Passion Sparkler
1.5 ounces CÎROC Passion
4 oz sparkling lemonade
lemon zest ribbon
Arrange the lemon zest ribbon in a highball glass with ice. Add CÎROC Passion and the sparkling lemon. Garnish with a slice of lemon.

JAJA Strawberry Lemonade
1.5 ounces JAJA Rested
2 ounces of iced green tea
Strawberry Hard Lemonade
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass with ice. Stir to combine. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a slice of strawberry.
The blue wave
2oz Tequila El Bandido Yankee Blanco
1/4 oz coconut cream
1/4 oz blue curacao
Add all ingredients except champagne to a shaker with ice. Strain into a glass; drizzle with champagne.
All American Jelly Donut
1 ounce Chambord
1 ounce Original Irish Black
Blue sanding sugar or dusting with blue crystal sugar
Wet the rim of a shot glass and dip it in blue sugar. Pour into Chambord. Carefully holding a spoon upside down, rest the tip of the spoon on the inside rim of the shot glass. Slowly pour Black Irish Original over Chambord to create a top layer.
1.5 ounces Aviation American Gin
3 ounces of tonic
Pour Aviation Gin into a glass filled with ice; cover with tonic
1.5 ounces LALO Tequila
1.5 oz fresh lime juice
1.5 oz sparkling
Add ice cubes to a highball glass. Add the LALO tequila and the lime juice, mix then add the sparkling
Villa One Margarita Fireworks
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake then strain over fresh ice in a highball glass with a tajin tim. Garnish with a lime or a slice of jalapeno.

1 ounce of blue curacao
0.5 oz lime juice
0.25 oz simple syrup
1 maraschino cherry
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Pour into a martini glass; garnish with a maraschino cherry.

4.5 ounces of club soda
Sprig of lemongrass
Fill a chilled glass with ice cubes and Gray Goose Strawberry and Lemongrass essences. Top with soda
20g pomegranate syrup (or grenadine)
1 oz lime juice
2 oz SelvaRey white rum
0.5 oz blue curacao
Pour the pomegranate syrup into a glass, then add ice to the glass. In a separate glass, add lime juice and rum, then shake and strain into the original glass. Pour the blue curaçao over the lime and rum mixture. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with mint.
